On March 11, we invite you to discover Les Fleurs du Malt brewery, which brews craft beers in Lausanne with rock ‘n’ roll and referments them in 75cl bottles for a more convivial experience.

Officially created in 2010 after ten years of experimentation to find the right flavors, the brewery offers craft beers, generally top-fermented. In winter, however, when the cold sets in, bottom-fermented Pils, Märzen, Bock, and Schwarzbier beers are produced.
